🎨 Customisation

Looking for a personalised item?

Add your text, logo or a photo to create an original gift or customised merchandise.

Double-check all the details and spelling carefully and review your motive before checkout. Once production starts, personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

🛒 Place your order

Head to checkout, enter your shipping and contact details, and select your preferred delivery method.

All prices include VAT for EU customers, and your full order total is shown before you confirm payment. No surprises or hidden fees.

We offer secure payment options available at checkout, so you can choose the method that works best for you.

 

📦 We pack it with care

Once your order is placed, our dedicated production and fulfillment team carefully prepares, prints and packs everything just for you.

Typical processing times are:

• standard products: 2–3 business days
• pre-designed prints: 2–3 business days
• customised items: 2–3 business days
• made-to-order home and accessory items, such as cushions, blankets, tablecloths, curtains, flags or keychains: up to 10 business days

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive tracking information.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods – we appreciate your patience.

🔄 Returns made simple

Changed your mind? No problem.

• blank products and items with pre-designed prints can be returned within 14 days
• customised items made to your specifications cannot be returned
