We currently ship to:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia and Spain.

⏳ Processing time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment.

  • Standard (non-personalised) products: 2–3 business days
  • Personalised products (printed/customised): 2–3 business days
  • Made-to-order sewn products: up to 10 business days

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Production of personalised and sewn items begins after payment confirmation.

🚚 Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination.

The estimated delivery time is displayed directly on each product page and at checkout for your selected form of shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons or circumstances beyond our control.

🏷️ Shipping and handling costs

Shipping costs vary based on country and chosen method of delivery. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

All listed shipping fees include handling and packaging costs. No additional processing fees will be charged.

 

RETURNS

🛍️ Standard non-personalised products

This category includes both blank (non-printed) products and products with pre-designed prints that are not customized according to the customer’s individual specifications.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via our contact form.

You must inform us of your decision before returning the goods.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • be in their original condition
  • include all original tags

Unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

🎨 Personalised and made-to-order products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

  • made to the consumer’s specifications or
  • clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

This includes personalised products (custom prints, names, logos etc.) and made-to-order sewn items.

These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

🔁 Return options within the EU

You may choose one of the following return options within the EU:

Use our designated return service
A flat return shipping fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers return handling and transport to our warehouse.

Arrange return shipping independently
You bear the direct shipping costs and no additional return service fee will be deducted.

The applicable return options and fee are clearly communicated before the return shipment is confirmed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

  

DEFECTS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

 

We are committed to ensuring that the goods delivered to you are free from defects and conform to your order.

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers are entitled to make a claim for defective goods within 24 months of delivery.

If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us via our contact form.


Please include:

  • your order number
  • a detailed description of the issue
  • photos of the defect

Defects do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage resulting from external factors.

When a return of the product is necessary for inspection of your claim, we will provide the appropriate return instructions. For valid claims, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and no additional fee will be deducted from your refund.

Following inspection, you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable law.

In cases where no defect is found after inspection, we reserve the right to charge the direct return shipping costs.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
