Orders

Where can I view my order?

You can view and manage your order in your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We know plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please try to contact us as soon as possible. Once your order starts processing, changes may no longer be possible — in that case we recommend cancelling and placing a new order.

We’ll always do our best to help!



Can I add items to an existing order?

Once an order has begun processing, it can’t be edited for technical reasons. To add more items, simply cancel the original order and place a new one with everything you need.


I paid but my order still says “unpaid.” What do I do?

If your payment was successful but your order still shows as unpaid, visit your account’s order page or contact us with your order number — we’ll double-check and update the status.


I never received my order confirmation email.

Oops! First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, send us a message — we’ll happily resend your confirmation.

Printed & Customised Designs

Can I customise a design or add my own text/logo?

Yes! Aside from premade designs, we also offer custom printing options. Just upload your design on the product page and follow the instructions provided. If you have special requirements, contact us before placing your order so we can make sure everything looks great.





What file types should I upload?

We recommend high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PDF. For best results, make sure your file is sharp and at least 300 dpi, and sized according to our upload instructions.




Can I see a preview before printing?

If you request a mock-up or proof, we’ll send you a preview before printing. Just ask in your order notes or contact us after ordering!



Do you offer design help or adjustments?

Yes! If you need help perfecting your design (e.g. resizing, repositioning, or colour corrections), we’re happy to assist. Reach out with your idea and we’ll guide you through it.



Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Bulgaria, Croatia, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia and Spain.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination.

The estimated delivery time is displayed directly on each product page and at checkout for your selected form of shipping.

Can I track my package?

Yes — as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return blank products and items with pre-designed prints within 14 days of delivery if they don’t fit or you simply changed your mind. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Customised items made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.


Can I exchange an item?

Instead of exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct product.


How do I initiate a return?

Just contact us or initiate a return through your account. We’ll walk you through the simple return process — no stress!


Are there any return fees?

You may choose one of the following return options within the EU:

Use our designated return service
A flat return shipping fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers return handling and transport to our warehouse.

Arrange return shipping independently
You bear the direct shipping costs and no additional return service fee will be deducted.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund will be issued. It usually appears on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Every item includes a size guide on the product page to help you pick the right fit.



Are colors exactly like in the photos?

We do our best, but screen displays vary. If the item looks different in person, you can return it within the timeframe above — no hard feelings.




Are your products high quality?

Yes — we choose durable materials and trusted suppliers. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll help resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit & debit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your card details.

Can I buy for my business?

Yes! If ordering as a business, keep in mind that EU consumer return rights may not apply. Contact us if you want bulk pricing or custom offers.


How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

If you subscribed, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.
